    Nick Labadie is a planner and project manager in the Phoenix metro area working on development projects across Arizona. He has been in the construction and development fields for more than 20 years, spending the last 14 in the Rose Law Group’s Land Use and Zoning and Land Development Solutions groups. Labadie has processed countless entitlements for single parcels to 10,000-acre-plus master-planned communities. He also specializes in community outreach and has handled some of the most contentious cases in the state to build consensus and ensure the success of projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning from Arizona State University and a commercial real estate analysis and investment certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
